Ministries

The people of Saint Peter's participate in many various ministries to serve the People of God.  From the music ministry in the Choir to making Apple Butter in the Fall, there are many ways to get involved and participate in the life of the Church.

Outreach programs:  Branches (Shelter for Abused Women & Children);  Central City Elementary (help with weekly Read Aloud program; Christmas baskets for needy children & back to school supplies); Rector's Discretionary Fund; Weekly Food basket donations to aid larger church food pantries in the area; United Thank Offering gathering; home visitation and communion for the sick and shut-in and our Prayer Chain.

Yearly Parish Activities:  Rummage sale, Ice Cream Social, church picnic, fall Apple Butter, the Lasagna/Spaghetti dinner, UTO breakfast, spring cleanup & yardwork around the church;   Bishop's visit with Confirmation & reception, and the Annual Parish meeting & luncheon.
